This ship, Kajama, was featured on the CBS show The Amazing Race a few seasons ago. She gives tours of Toronto’s inner harbour and islands daily in the summer.
I found these sandals sitting on the railing of the bridge that spans the railway below. (You can tell I didn’t put them there because of the dry spot surrounding them.) Slightly disturbing, I think.
This railway runs past the field in yesterday’s post.
I first shot this lane and field (see below) in October 2007, not long after I started photography as a hobby. At the time I was satisfied with the result, despite (what I now realize) is horrible lens flare through the middle of the shot. So in July 2008 I drove past the same spot and retook the photo. It turned out much better the second time around.
