These are the platters that came out of the old hard drive I dismantled recently. The metal plate tagged 83192 is actually a magnetized clamp, which held the swing arm of the read/write heads in place. Holds a platter just as well!
Spot the Swimsuit
For some bizarre reason the ends of the read/write heads appear to have the image of a swimsuit on them. Bizarre!
