This is an Orthodox Catholic cathedral north of Toronto. When it was first built there was absolutely nothing else around it. Today, years later, it’s virtually surrounded by houses. I don’t even know if this cathedral is ever used; the grounds are surrounded by fencing, and the gate to the drive is locked. I’ve never seen anyone here.

This is where I work, although it doesn’t quite look like this anymore. Two days after I took this photo my desk was moved, literally. It was put on wheels and rolled 60 feet to the right. And fyi, it’s very hard to take a photo of your workplace without actually identifying your workplace!
This building used to be the post office on Main Street, in Newmarket. It’s now a very nice retirement home, but they’ve maintained the exterior of the building as it was when it was used as a post office.
