If you’ve ever seen the television sitcom That 70s Show, you know that the words ‘Hello Wisconsin!’ are yelled during the opening and closing credits of each episode. So when I saw these words scrawled in silver paint on the side of a trash can in a park, I had to capture them for posterity. However, I found this garbage can in a park in Newmarket, Ontario, roughly 1147 kilometers (712 miles) from the Wisconsin border by car. Slightly odd, to say the least.
Im the one who actually wrote this, its nothing to do with the show, and has everything to do with my band called Hello Wisconsin, that yell is from the end of a cheap trick song.
It goes to Michigan!
I was told that Toronto’s garbage gets shipped to Wisconsin… maybe that’s part of it! 🙂
